Affirmations to Address Fear

How can you address your fears when there is no one around but you and your thoughts?

Practice saying positive affirmations to address those fears......

1) I notice that I have unreal fears and worries.

2) I create a pause between a trigger and my response.

3) More and more I notice the difference between real and imagined fears.

4) I am more aware of how I hold fear in my body.

5) I can relax the part of my body that holds my fear.

6) I can let go of fear based thoughts.

7) I give up having to be perfect.

8) I can let go of the fear of always saying "yes".

9) I state and protect my personal boundaries.

10) I let go of my performance fears.
