Are you feeling overwhelmed and unable to function on normal levels? Is it time for you to heal and create new insight? Do you need that "supportive relationship" that holds the space for you to help you recover from a very difficult time in your life?  All Things Positive Counseling Services P.L.L.C. is willing to work with you to address those issues that are interfering with your ability to have a healthy and satisfying life without the worry, stress, guilt, anger or another emotional concern that may be bothering you!

If you are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, I can help you navigate those feelings and offer a path forward toward healing. Presenting problems are often alike, but no two people are, nor are the ways that people approach their difficulties.

As a professional therapist, my role is to guide you as you take steps toward positive life changes, healing, and a healthy mind. Together we’ll work to uncover and better understand the life challenges and day-to-day stressors that detract from your life and focus, and begin identifying  and exploring your past with the ultimate goal of achieving better mental health.  I believe that when we build trust, are honest, and work collaboratively together, transformation is possible.

Maybe it’s anxiety, a relationship problem, or emotional pain from long ago. Maybe it’s something that “just doesn’t feel right”, or perhaps you just need to talk with a therapist about a major life decision or situation. I’m here to listen and to help provide the support, feedback and guidance you need to change negative behavior patterns and begin taking steps in the right direction.
